Because everything we create is custom, made-to-order, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted. In the event we made an error while completing your order, or there is a major conflict which cannot be fixed or resolved, we would be happy to refund at most half of the cost of the item(s), within 21 days of purchase. This is because labor has already been accounted for during the duration of development, unless development has not started, of which a full refund may be given under special conditions only.
To be eligible for a portion of your refund (or full under special conditions), you must provide a written explanation for the refund request. Please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please provide your name, invoice number (copy of form), date of purchase and shipping address (if applicable) in your correspondence as well as an explanation of why you should receive your refund.
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed through the same channels as your original purchase (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.). Buyer is responsible for return shipping if deemed that seller is at fault (for physical goods). Seller will refund shipping cost in the form of store credit (copy of receipt for reasonable shipping cost must be provided).
Only regular priced items are eligible for a re-print. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable if Seller is not at fault. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Seller is not responsible for non-delivered items.
